1. apache2设置
httpd.conf末行 修改include信息

2. ctlscript.sh
修改redmine路径

3. 修改apps/xxx/路径
apps/xxx/conf （路径、端口、cluster名字，分别与子站点对应起来）
apps/xxx/mongrel_cluster.yml
apps/xxx/scripts/ctl.sh
apps/xxx/scripts/redmineini.sh

5. 修改数据库
dump db:
mysqldump -uxxx -pxxx bitnami_redmine > dbname.sql

load db:
mysql -uxxx -pxxx vip_redmine < dbname.sql

/apps/vip/config/database.yml 修改
encoding: latin1 或者 utf8

redmine db升级

6. 防止mongrel与mysql链接超时
需要加载一个超时检查配置
/vip/config/enviroment.rb 中加入：
config.active_record.verification_timeout = 14400
